SO THE MOBILE FUELING ON SITE, IT HAS BEEN A TEMPORARY FEELING OPTION, OR THE DORITA FEELS LOCATION, AND IT IS NOT INTENDED TO BE A PERMANENT WAY FOR PUBLIC SERVICES TO CONDUCT BUSINESS HERE WITHIN THE CITY OF PALM BAY.

HOWEVER, OUR REPUBLIC SERVICES ON BEHALF OF OCEAN BLUE IS ASKING FOR A 60 DAY EXTENSION AS WE AWAIT FOR THE PROPER PERMITS NEEDED TO PLACE THE ABOVE GROUND TANK IN PLACE.

TO DATE, WE HAVE SUBMITTED ALL THE NECESSARY SITE PLANS WE'VE ASKED.

WE'VE ANSWERED ALL THE COMMENTS AND GIVEN BACK FROM THE CITY.

OUR RECORD REGARDING THE PLANS IS AS EARLY AS LAST WEEK, WE RESUBMITTED THOSE PLANS AND REMAINING QUESTIONS.

THE CITY. WE ANSWERED ALL OF THOSE QUESTIONS THAT THE CITY HAD.

OUR REPUBLIC SERVICES HAS ALSO RECEIVED ALL OF THE COMMENTS REGARDING THE BUILDING PLANS AND IS ACTIVELY WORKING WITH THE ENGINEERS AND OTHER CITY OFFICIALS TO TRY TO GET THIS GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF.

WE REALLY WANT TO GET IT DONE.

SO. YOU KNOW, WE'RE HOPEFUL TO GET ALL OF THIS ADDRESSED WITHIN THE NEXT 10 DAYS AND GET IT RESUBMITTED BACK TO THE CITY.

FIVE MONTHS AFTER IT WAS APPROVED, THAT'S WHAT HE TOLD ME, HE SAID THERE WAS A DELAY IN GETTING THE SURVEY FOR THE PROPERTY.

I WOULD. WE HAD QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS THAT CAME BACK THAT WE NEED TO WE NEEDED TO RE ANSWER THOSE QUESTIONS AND RESUBMITTED.

THAT'S A TYPICAL BACK AND FORTH PROCESS.

WHEN THEY SUBMIT SOMETHING, THEY GIVE THEM COMMENTS BACK AND HAVE TO ANSWER THE COMMENTS.

AND IT'S BACK AND FORTH FOR A LITTLE WHILE.

THEY'RE POURING A CONCRETE SLAB.
