IT HAS A LOT OF STUFF ON IT, ESPECIALLY FILIBERTO SAY MAYBE HAVE 200 LOADS OF FILIBERTO.

NO, BECAUSE THEY'RE TAKING CARE OF THEIR VIOLATIONS OR THEY'RE IN THE PROCESS OF DOING A SITE PLAN. I MEAN, ALL THIS IS WORKING IS GOING ON SINCE DECEMBER OF LAST YEAR.

MINE, I GOT A I GOT A NOTICE WITHIN 30, 60 DAYS, AND THIS IS SEVEN, EIGHT MONTHS LATER, OK? NONE OF THIS PROPERTY OWNER HAS MR..

GARY, YOU KNOW HOW THIS WORKS.

WE CAN'T HAVE A BACK AND FORTH LIKE THIS.

THAT'S FINE. YOU SAID THAT IT'S BEEN SINCE DECEMBER OF LAST YEAR WHEN WE DECIDED, OK, NO, IT WAS WELL, INITIALLY, YES, HE WAS GIVEN A COURTESY WARNING BACK IN DECEMBER OF LAST YEAR. AND ALL THREE PROPERTIES ARE ALL SEVEN PROPERTIES.

SO HE WAS GIVEN 30 DAYS AND THEN AFTER 30 DAYS, NOTHING WAS DONE, I WAS DIRECTED BY MANAGEMENT TO PROCEED WITH THE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF HEARING, WHICH I DID.

AND THEN THE ONE ON 1965, HE REQUESTED ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY DAYS.

AND THAT WAS UP YESTERDAY AND THEN THE OTHER ONES ARE JUST NOW COMING TO THE BORDER LAST MONTH AND THEY WERE TABLED.

AND AS FAR AS THE SITE PLANS GO, WHAT WHAT DOES HE NEED TO DO AS FAR AS FOR THE DONOR DRIVES TO DO? OK, SO CHRIS BOULTER IS HERE, ACTING DIRECTOR, AND HE WILL ADVISE EXACTLY WHAT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF IN ORDER TO BRING THESE INTO COMPLIANCE.

YEAH, LET'S HEAR CHRIS BALTER, ACTING GROWTH MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR, SO TO BE ABLE TO GET SITE PLAN APPROVAL, HE WILL NEED TO TURN IN A SET OF SITE PLANS THAT WILL ENCOMPASS A SURVEY AS LONG AS ENGINEERS AS WELL AS ENGINEER DRAWINGS THAT ENCOMPASS STORMWATER RETENTION AND PARKING AREAS, DEPENDING ON WHAT HE'S DOING WITH THE PROPERTY.

FOR WE DO ACTUALLY HAVE A SITE PLAN FOR THE NINETEEN EIGHTY ONE DINER DRIVE PROPERTY.

HOWEVER, MY SURGERY HAS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE SCOPE ON THAT SITE.

WE DID WORK WITH HIM BACK IN 2012 WHEN THE CITY ACQUIRED A PORTION OF HIS PROPERTY FOR A LIFT STATION AND HE WAS INVOLVED IN THAT PROCESS OF SITE PLANNING.

SO IT IS FAMILIAR FOR HIM.

HE ALSO HAS DONE A COUPLE OF SITE PLANS WITH US FOR THE GAS STATION PROPERTY THAT HE OWNS ON DIXIE HIGHWAY.

JUST WANT TO MAKE THE BOARD AWARE THAT THIS ISN'T A NEW PROCESS.

WE'VE HAD THIS PROCESS FOR A LONG TIME AND HE'S WORKED WITH US ON OTHER PROPERTIES FOR HIM. IF HE HASN'T HAD AN ENGINEER UNDER CONTRACT, I'M NOT SURE HOW LONG IT'S GOING TO TAKE HIM ON HIS PART TO GET ALL OF THAT TAKEN CARE OF.

HOWEVER, IF HE'S KNOWN SINCE DECEMBER, THERE HAS BEEN AMPLE AMOUNT OF TIME TO DISCUSS WITH LOCAL ENGINEERS TO KIND OF GET ON THEIR ROLLING AGENDA.

AS FAR AS WHAT'S GOING ON THERE NOW, WOULD IT BE IS THAT PROPERTY BEING USED FOR WHAT IT'S OWN FOR? SO EVENTUALLY WHEN HE GETS HIS GUN, THE PROPERTIES THEMSELVES ARE BEING USED CORRECTLY FOR WHAT THEY'RE ZONED FOR.

HOWEVER, WITH.

NO SIGHT PLANS ARE PROVED, THERE'S NO THERE'S BEEN NO APPROVED SERVICES THAT THE CITY HAS BEEN ABLE TO LOOK AT, THERE'S BEEN NO STORMWATER RETENTION, THERE'S BEEN NO ST.
