SO AS PRESENTED IN YOUR BUDGET WORKSHOP, THE TWENTY TWENTY TWO BUDGET ALLOCATION IS EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN IN TOTAL EXPENDITURES, WHICH INCLUDES THE ESTIMATED FOUR HUNDRED AND SEVENTY SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN TWENTY FOUR.

BUT THE ABDELKARIM TAX REBATE FOR THE NORTH SHORE DEVELOPMENT LLC AND THEN THREE HUNDRED AND FORTY NINE THOUSAND 167 WAS BUDGETED FOR PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST PAYMENTS FOR THE 2006 BOND SERIES, AFTER WHICH THE BOND WILL BE REPAID IN FULL.

THE BOARD ACCEPTED AN OFFER OF ONE POINT NINE DOLLARS MILLION FROM SPACE COAST MARINES FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE THREE PROPERTIES JOINTLY OWNED BY THE CRA, WHICH IS ALSO KNOWN AS PELICAN HARBOR MARINE.

SO AS YOU'RE AWARE, THEY'RE GOING TO CONSTRUCT A MARINE DRY DOCK BOAT STORAGE AND SERVICE FACILITY, BOAT LAUNCH AND WASH SERVICE, BOAT CLUB, SHIP STORE, TIKI BAR WITH AN OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT VENUE, RESTAURANT AND RETAIL AMENITIES TO INCLUDE A VALET SERVICE.

THE CAPITAL INVESTMENT IS ESTIMATED TO BE TEN TO TWELVE MILLION DOLLARS, WITH APPROXIMATELY THREE HUNDRED AND TWO NEW FULL TIME JOBS.

SO I YOU KNOW, THERE'S A STORMWATER DRAINAGE THAT'S GOING TO THAT THEY'VE ASKED FOR AN EASEMENT AS WELL FOR THE CITY HAS ASKED FOR AN EASEMENT.

I MEAN, IT'S GOING TO BE ADDITIONAL COST AS WELL.
