THEY ARE FIFTEEN EIGHTY TWO WATER DRIVE 16 AND EIGHT ORANGE BLOSSOM.

AN UNKNOWN ADDRESS ON ORANGE BLOSSOM.

SIXTEEN TWENTY SIX.

AND THEN A CITY OWNED PARCEL LOCATED AT FOURTEEN HUNDRED SPORTSMAN LANE.

SO THE BROKER LISTED THE PROPERTIES.

AND AS WE WERE PREPARING FOR THE SPECIAL BCRA MEETING ON FEBRUARY 22ND, TWENTY TWENTY TWO STAFF IDENTIFIED THAT THE THREE PARCELS ON OBUCHI, WHICH WERE ORIGINALLY LISTED ON THE LIST ATTACHMENT. AND THEN YOU HAD FIFTEEN EIGHTY TWO, WHICH YOU BOUGHT.

SO THAT ALL BEING SAID, WE WERE TRYING TO PUT TOGETHER THIS PROJECT TO ENTICE SOMEONE TO DEVELOP OVERLOOKING THE BAY.

WE EVEN DID DRONE SHOTS SHOWING WHAT YOUR CONDO WOULD LOOK LIKE IF YOU'RE ON THE EIGHTH FLOOR LOOKING AT THAT BAY.

WELL, ANYWAY, THAT ALL BEING SAID, I BECAME THE BROKER FOR THE CITY OF PALM BAY, AND THE PREVIOUS BROKER PUT THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY THOUSAND ON THAT PROPERTY.

SEEING THAT YOU PURCHASED IT, PURCHASED IT FOR THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY THOUSAND.

I WENT AHEAD AND RECOMMENDED THREE 30 BECAUSE REAL REALIZE I'M A REAL ESTATE BROKER.

I'M ALWAYS GOING TO GO FOR THE HIGHEST PRICE IF I'M SELLING SOMETHING.

SO THAT'S WHAT I WANTED TO DO.

SEE WHAT WE COULD GET.
