AND THEN WHEN YOU GET TO THE POINT THAT I STARTED GETTING, YOU KNOW, THESE NOTICES AS IF WE HAD TO MOVE FORWARD WITH IT, THEN WE START GETTING SURVEYS FIRST DONE, THEN WE AFTER GETTING A SURVEY, THEN WE TRY TO GET AN ENGINEER, YOU KNOW, THAT'S PROBABLY SIX MONTHS OR MORE ELAPSED TIME JUST TO GET THOSE ON ON BOARD.

AND THEN THE ENGINEER.

IT TAKES A WHILE.

AS I SAID, IT MAY BE DOING THIS JOB FOR FOUR OR FIVE MONTHS, SIX MONTHS.

AND IT JUST GETTING TO THE POINT WHERE HE'S SUBMITTING THE PAPERWORK TO THE GOAT MANAGEMENT. SO, YOU KNOW, IT'S KIND OF OUT OF MY HAND.

WE ARE THEY'RE CONCERNED.

THEY PUT A DRIVEWAY. THEY FENCED THE PROPERTY BECAUSE I ACTUALLY GAVE THEM THIS PRIVILEGE TO PUT A LIFT STATION IN MY PROPERTY.

AND WHEN THIS THING CAME UP, IT WAS LIKE A SHOCK.

I CAN'T BELIEVE.

SO MANY YEARS LATER, YOU KNOW, SOMEONE DECIDED TO GIVE ME A CITATION ON A PIECE OF PROPERTY THAT I'VE BEEN ON FOR 30 YEARS.

SO, YOU KNOW, HONESTLY, IT DIDN'T MOTIVATE ME RIGHT AWAY TO GO GET A SIDE PLAN.

I TRY TO STRAIGHTEN IT OUT.

AND THEN SECONDLY, AFTER HAVING MEETINGS, THEY SAID THAT THE THE PARKING SPOT AND THE SITE PLAN THAT YOU HAD BEFORE.

IT ONLY TAKES CARE OF A CERTAIN SECTION OF THE PROPERTY, BUT YOU END UP USING PRETTY MUCH THE WHOLE THING.

AND THE OTHER REST OF THE PROPERTY NEED TO BE SITE PLAN ALSO.

MR. AGUIRRE WAS VERBALLY SPOKE TO REGARDING AS WELL AS A COURTESY WARNING WENT OUT IN DECEMBER. WE HAD BETWEEN DECEMBER AND APRIL WE HAD THREE MEETINGS WITH THE CITY MANAGER MYSELF AT THE TIME, PATRICK MURPHY AND MR. AGUIRRE, AND EACH TIME HE WAS GIVEN 30 MORE DAYS TO ADDRESS THE VIOLATIONS.

THIS WAS IN EARLY 2021.

IT WASN'T UNTIL JUNE OF 2021 HE ACTUALLY WENT BEFORE THE BOARD, WHICH WAS SIX MONTHS AFTER THE FIRST COMPLAINT WAS FILED.

SO THIS ALL STARTED.

DECEMBER OF 2020.

SO THEN THERE'S AN APPLICATION HERE THAT WAS SENT TO A PRE APPLICATION TO THE ZONING DEPARTMENT ON NOVEMBER 29TH.

IT WAS TURNED IN OF 2021.

AND THERE'S AN EMAIL HERE FROM PATRICK ADVISING THAT ON DECEMBER 6TH THAT HE RECEIVED THE PRE APPLICATION.

AND THAT WAS AGAIN BACK IN DECEMBER OF 2021.

AND THEN TO DATE, THERE HAS BEEN NOTHING APPROVED.

HE DID APPARENTLY WITHIN THE PAST TWO MONTHS, TURNED IN, I GUESS, SOME ADDITIONAL PAPERWORK. I CONFIRMED WITH LAND DEVELOPMENT THAT THEY HAVE NOT SIGNED OFF ON ANYTHING YET. SO HE HAS BEEN GIVEN EXTENSIONS EVEN PRIOR TO THE STATEMENTS AND THEN EVEN AT THE BOARD AND THEN EVEN AT THE AUTHORIZATION IMPOSE, I BELIEVE.

GOT AN EXTENSION ON DECEMBER 8TH.

AND THEY GAVE HIM ANOTHER THREE MONTH EXTENSION TO MARCH 13TH OF THIS YEAR.
