I WAS ACTUALLY UNAWARE OF THIS LIEN UNTIL I ENTERED A PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT TO SELL IT AND THE TITLE COMPANY FOUND IT.

I DID. I DID ADMIT SOME PHOTOS OF THE PROPERTY BEFORE AND AFTER WE PAINTED.

WE DID A NEW ROOF.

WE PRESSURE WASHED, ALL NEW APPLIANCES INSIDE, ALL NEW FLOORING, ALL NEW PAINT.

WE DID OVER $46,000 IN IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PROPERTY.

THE PROPERTY WAS EMPTY SINCE 2019 WHEN THE ORIGINAL OWNER, A JAMES SCOTT TAYLOR, HAD PASSED AWAY.

IT WAS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT IT WAS.

AND SO IT WAS IN FORECLOSURE.

AND WE WENT TO THE TITUSVILLE AUCTION ON JANUARY 5TH AND PURCHASED THE PROPERTY.
