I THINK IT WAS TWO YEARS AFTER I INITIALLY BOUGHT IT.

I GUESS THERE WAS SOMETHING WHERE THE ORIGINAL TITLE COMPANY MISSED THE LIENS OR THE CODE VIOLATIONS.

SO I WAS NOT AWARE THE TIME THAT I OWNED THE PROPERTY THAT IT WAS RACKING UP CODE VIOLATIONS.

SO WHEN EVERYTHING WAS SAID AND DONE, IT ENDED UP BEING.

AND THE TUNE OF LIKE $50,000 AND THEN AN ADDITIONAL LIKE 3900, I BELIEVE IT IS.

AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S ALL PART OF THE SAME CODE VIOLATION.
