a) Revision of hearing procedure;
b) Introduction and procedure for hearing by City Attorney;
d) Initial presentation by the City Administration (not to exceed 1 hour);
e) Rebuttal by the Palm Bay Professional Firefighters (if any) - 20 minutes;
c) Initial presentation by the Palm Bay Professional Firefighters (not to exceed 1 hour);
