AGAIN, THEY HAVE TABLES AND CHAIRS THERE ALREADY.

YOU'LL PRETTY MUCH JUST NEED TO SECURE SOME TABLECLOTHS CENTERPIECES.

AND WE ALSO HAVE THE STAGE AND BLEACHERS, IF YOU WANTED TO ADD THAT ON WITH SOMETHING LIKE A BARBECUE FESTIVAL OR FOOD TRUCKS OUTSIDE AS WELL.

DURING THAT CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT AND THEN WE THE OTHER ONE, I, I SAW THE SANTA FIVE-K.

SO RUNNING ZONE EVERY YEAR DOES A ONE MILE SANTA RUN.

PART OF THAT REGISTRATION, THEY ACTUALLY BUY THE SANTA SUITS FOR EVERYONE IN THERE.

IT'S A VERY BIG RUN FOR THEM, SO I WOULDN'T TRY TO COMPETE WITH THAT.

BUT A HOLIDAY FIVE-K IS AN OPTION AS WELL.

THE CITY DOES HAVE THE TIMING EQUIPMENT.

WE ARE GETTING THE SOFTWARE NOW, AND WE'RE GOING TO BE TESTING THAT.

SO WE WILL BE ABLE TO SECURE THE TIMING EQUIPMENT, THE BIBS AND HAVE EVERYTHING.

AND THE COMMITTEE FOR THAT WILL PROBABLY JUST HAVE TO SECURE THE SPONSORS.

SHIRTS AND THE METALS.

I DO THINK THE FIVE-K IS PROBABLY THE LEAST LABOR INTENSIVE.

IF YOU COULD GET EVEN 200 PEOPLE THERE AT $20 AN ENTRY, THAT'S $4,000 IN REGISTRATION RIGHT THERE.

YOU KNOW, WE ALREADY HAVE RIGHT NOW WITH THE THREE BIG EVENTS, THE PARADE, INDEPENDENCE DAY AND NOW THE MULTICULTURAL FESTIVAL.

A LOT OF OUR SPONSORS THEY'RE STARTING TO GET KIND OF SUCKED A LITTLE DRY HERE WITH WITH DONATING.

SO I WOULD SAY THAT WILL BE A HARD TASK OF BEING ABLE ESPECIALLY WITH THE STAFFING THAT THE CITY WILL HAVE TO PROVIDE WITH THAT, WITH BLOCKING ROADS AND TRAFFIC AND PD AS WELL.

YOU KNOW, THAT COULD BE SOMETHING IF, YOU KNOW, ONE OF THE SMALL ONES START TO PAN OUT AND BUILD AND BUILD AND THERE'S A SECURING OF FUNDS THAT WOULD BE ABLE TO DO THAT, I THINK IT WILL WORK.

SO, YOU KNOW, THERE COULD BE A LOT OF GAMES THAT EVEN DJS ARE ABLE TO DO AS WELL.

AND SAME, YOU HAVE SPONSORS, YOU KNOW, DONATE DOOR PRIZES THAT YOU COULD GIVE OUT FOR SOME OF THE COMPETITIONS.

LAST YEAR, THE 4TH OF JULY EVENT WAS A HUGE SUCCESS FOR VIP PARKING.

ARE WE ABLE TO ACTUALLY EXPAND THAT TO AT LEAST ANOTHER 50 PARKING SPOTS? WE SOLD OUT LAST YEAR, SO MY THING ON THAT WITH INDEPENDENCE DAY, WE'RE ALREADY IN A TIGHT AREA JUST BECAUSE OF THE 600 FOOT LAUNCH RADIUS.

AND WITH THE AMOUNT OF MOVING PARTS WITH THAT EVENT THERE WAS SOME HICCUPS THAT WERE HAPPENING WITH, YOU KNOW, PEOPLE GETTING IN, SAYING THEY DIDN'T HAVE THEIR VIP TICKET.

AND THE WAY WE HAD THE VIP AREAS ALSO WHERE OUR WHERE OUR VENDORS AND SPONSORS HAVE TO PARK AS WELL, AND ENTERTAINMENT.

SO THE TASK AT THE FRONT END WHERE PD WAS ENTERING SECURITY, THERE WAS A LOT OF LIKE MISCOMMUNICATION GOING ON AND WHO WAS ALLOWED? WHO WAS NOT ALLOWED.

JUST BECAUSE WHEN YOU MADE THE RIGHT HAND TURN INTO THAT AREA, THE PARKING WAS ON BOTH SIDES, SO THERE WASN'T A CLEAR I MEAN, ONE THING WE COULD DO, WE NOW RECREATION NOW HAS THESE A-FRAME SIGNS, SO WE COULD PROBABLY MAKE SOME SIGNAGE THAT WE COULD PUT OUT WITH AN ARROW.

SO THEY TOOK UP SOME SPOTS.

ABLE TO ENTERTAIN THE OPTION TO POSSIBLY KEEP IT WITH THE HEADCOUNT THAT WE HAVE, BUT INCREASE THE PRICE TO 25.
