SO THAT NOTICE WAS BACK IN OR THE HEARING WAS BACK IN NOVEMBER OF 2021, WHICH WAS 11 MONTHS BEFORE MR. CARPENTER PASSED AWAY.
SO THEY PROCEEDED WITH THE LIEN.
