[CALL TO ORDER] [00:00:02] SO GOOD EVENING, EVERYONE. I'M GOING TO CALL OUR BAYFRONT COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING TO ORDER. WE'RE GOING TO START WITH DEPUTY MAYOR SAYING THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. WOULD YOU ALL RISE, PLEASE? FACE THE FLAG. I PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND TO THE REPUBLIC FOR WHICH IT STANDS. ONE NATION UNDER GOD, INDIVISIBLE, WITH LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL. ROLL CALL, MA'AM. CHAIRMAN MEDINA PRESENT. VICE CHAIRMAN FELIX HERE. COMMISSIONER JOHNSON HERE. COMMISSIONER FOSTER. COMMISSIONER WEINBERG HERE. COMMISSIONER NORTHROP. BAYFRONT ATTORNEY. PATRICIA SMITH HERE. OKAY. ITEM NUMBER ONE, ADOPTION OF THE MEETING. [ADOPTION OF MINUTES (Part 1 of 2)] THANK YOU, CHAIR. ON MAY 9TH, 2023, THE BAYFRONT CRA HELD A BUDGET WORKSHOP FOR THE PROPOSED FY 2024 BUDGET. WE ARE ANTICIPATING $120,978 INCREASE OVER FY 2023. TOTAL FUNDS FOR THE CRA ARE ESTIMATED TO BE TWO. 2,657,777. OF THAT, THE BUDGET ALLOCATES 1.8 MILLION TOTAL FOR EXPENDITURES. THERE WILL BE A TRANSFER TO BREVARD COUNTY OF 476,524. THE TRANSFER TO GENERAL FUND IS ANTICIPATED TO BE 1,364,000 720,000. SO THE ACTUAL EXPENDITURE BUDGET IS ABOUT $6,450 AND OF THAT, ABOUT 5000 IS FOR THE REQUIRED AUDIT. THE REMAINING 810,083 WILL BE PLACED IN RESERVES. I'M AVAILABLE FOR ANY QUESTIONS IF YOU HAVE ANY. ANY QUESTIONS? MEMBERS. COMMISSIONERS. NO QUESTIONS. JUST A POINT OF ORDER, THOUGH. YEAH, WE WENT RIGHT INTO NEW BUSINESS. WE DIDN'T HAVE IF THERE WAS ANY. YEAH. IF THERE'S ANY, IF THERE'S ANY, IF THERE'S ANY PUBLIC COMMENTS AND THEN THE ADOPTION OF MINUTES. SO YEAH, MY APOLOGIES. I GOT AHEAD OF US, SO I WENT STRAIGHT TO THE ADOPTION OF THE MINUTES. SO WE'LL HAVE PUBLIC COMMENTS AT THIS TIME. [PUBLIC COMMENTS (NON-AGENDA ITEMS)] NO SPEAKER CARDS. OKAY. THANK YOU. WE'LL GO TO ADOPTION OF THE MINUTES. SAY AGAIN AT THIS POINT FOR THE MINUTES ONLY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT? NO, IT'S PUBLIC COMMENT. WHATEVER YOU WANT TO SAY. YEAH. COME PHONE. GOOD EVENING. MY NAME IS RICHARD DEROSA. I OWN PROPERTY IN THE BAYFRONT REDEVELOPMENT AREA. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR THE LONGEST TIME NOW TO ENTER A BID FOR THE PROPERTIES THAT ARE FOR SALE. OKAY, WE'RE GOING TO TALK ABOUT THAT LATER. THAT'S WHY I WAS ASKING. I DIDN'T KNOW IF I WAS THE RIGHT TIME TO BE TALKING. THIS IS GENERAL. WHOEVER WANTS TO SAY ANYTHING. WE'RE GOING TO DISCUSS THAT. WE'LL BRING THAT BACK UP. BUT SINCE YOU'RE ON A ROLL. GO AHEAD. YOU SURE? YEAH, GO AHEAD. WELL, I'VE BEEN TRYING TO MAKE AN OFFER ON THE PROPERTY, AND I KEEP BEING TOLD THAT I CAN'T MAKE AN OFFER BECAUSE ONE OF THE STIPULATIONS I DON'T KNOW WHERE THIS CAME FROM IS THAT YOU HAVE TO TELL THE BCA WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO PUT ON THAT PROPERTY RIGHT NOW. I FIND THAT HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THE TOWN COUNCIL WOULD INSTRUCT THE BCA TO NOT ALLOW THEM TO SEE ALL OFFERS ON THE PROPERTY SINCE THEIR DUTY IS TO HELP THE TOWN AND TO GET AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN FOR IT. SO THAT'S WHY I'M HERE, TO MAKE SURE THAT THE BCA AND THE TOWN COUNCIL KNOWS THAT I OWN THE PROPERTY LITERALLY DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE TWO PIECES OF PROPERTY THAT ARE BEING SOLD. OKAY. ON EITHER SIDE OF ME, AS YOU'RE WELL AWARE, ARE LARGE DEVELOPMENTS THAT ARE BEING BUILT OR POTENTIALLY BEING BUILT. THAT AREA, WHICH I REFER TO AS THE GOLDEN CRESCENT, THAT BEAUTIFUL AREA THAT FACES THE WATER IS A PRIME SPOT FOR PALM BAY TO DEVELOP. RIGHT NOW, THOSE TWO DEVELOP POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS ARE DEFINITELY AN ASSET TO THE TOWN OF PALM BAY IS DIRECTLY IN BETWEEN THOSE TWO PROPERTIES. THERE IS A BAR IN FRONT OF ME WHICH IS CALLED THE PALM PUB. DIRECTLY BEHIND THAT ARE MY TWO BUILDINGS THAT I OWN, AND I'VE OWNED THEM NOW FOR NEARLY 20 YEARS AND HAVE INVESTED IN THE BAYFRONT REDEVELOPMENT AREA FOR THAT MUCH TIME. I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THOSE TWO PIECES OF PROPERTY TO MY PROPERTY ONLY BECAUSE EVENTUALLY SOMEBODY IS GOING TO WANT TO FINISH THAT CRESCENT WITH ANOTHER HIGH RISE OR LARGE DEVELOPMENT IN THE MIDDLE. BUT RIGHT NOW WITH THE BAYFRONT IS DOING BY SAYING YOU CAN ONLY SELL THOSE PROPERTIES TO SOMEBODY WHO WANTS TO DEVELOP THEM. RIGHT NOW, IT DOESN'T SEEM LIKE THERE'S A LOT OF FORESIGHT FOR THE POTENTIAL THAT THAT PROPERTY COULD BRING TO THE TOWN. [00:05:07] IT SEEMS THAT YOUR PIECEMEALING, AND THIS IS MY OPINION ONLY, SO PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT'S ALL IT IS. YOUR PIECEMEALING THOSE TWO PIECES OF PROPERTY TO MAYBE A DOG KENNEL, A RESTAURANT OR WHATEVER SOMEBODY MAYBE WANTS TO BUY THERE. BUT BY DOING THAT, YOU'RE STOPPING THE COMBINING OF THAT WHOLE CRESCENT FROM BEING ONE. BEAUTIFUL AREA WITH HOTELS, HIGH RISES, STORES, IT WOULD BE A PERFECT CIRCLE. SO WHAT I WANT TO DO IS ADD THAT PROPERTY TO MINE. SO EVENTUALLY IF SOMEBODY WANTS TO PURCHASE THAT CENTER PIECE OF PROPERTY, WHICH I AM AND I'M NOT LOOKING TO SELL RIGHT NOW, I ENJOY WHAT I DO, BUT IF I CAN PUT THAT TO MINE, IT WOULD MAKE IT MORE REASONABLE FOR SOMEBODY TO BUILD A BETTER TYPE OF ITEM THERE, WHETHER IT BE A HIGH RISE, WHETHER IT BE A PARKING GARAGE FOR ALL THE OTHER STRUCTURES AND RESTAURANTS THAT ARE GOING TO BE GOING AROUND IN THAT AREA. AND I SEE I'M RUNNING OUT OF TIME HERE. THANK YOU. I'M GOING TO HAVE OUR STAFF ADDRESS THAT. BUT I KNOW PARKING GARAGES IS JUST SOMETHING I MAY NOT MAY NOT FIT INTO THAT, MA'AM. UM, IN OTHER WORDS, FROM WHAT I'M HEARING IS THAT HE HE WANTED TO SUBMIT AN OFFER AND HE DIDN'T HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO DO SO. HE CURRENTLY DOES HAVE AN OFFER. OKAY. IT'S UNDER THE OLD. HE WAS ACTUALLY. HIS OFFER WAS SUBMITTED IN JULY WHEN THE BOARD MET. AND HIS OFFER IS STILL CURRENT HERE. OKAY. IN THIS PACKAGE, I WAS TOLD IT WASN'T ACCEPTED BECAUSE I DIDN'T MEET THOSE CRITERIA. BUT THANK YOU FOR CLEARING THAT UP FOR ME. ALL RIGHT. SO WE'LL BE DECIDING TODAY. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. ANYONE ELSE WISH TO SPEAK? YES, MA'AM. CFO, SPEAK ON THAT ISSUE OR WAIT TILL WE. OKAY. THE ISSUE YOU COULD. WE COULD WAIT TILL WE GET THERE IF YOU WANT. OKAY. ALL RIGHT. SO WE'LL GO ON TO NEW BUSINESS ITEM NUMBER OR MINUTES. [ADOPTION OF MINUTES (Part 2 of 2)] WE'RE GOING TO. SORRY, CHAIR. I'M SORRY. I THINK WE ALSO MISSED ROLL CALL AND MY APOLOGIES. NO, WE DIDN'T KNOW WE HAD A ROLL CALL. YEAH, NO, WE DIDN'T MISS A ROLL CALL. ADOPTION OF MINUTES. MOTION TO ADOPT THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF JULY 19TH, 2023. SECOND, I GOT A MOTION BY PHILIP WEINBERG. SECONDED BY VICKIE NORTHRUP. ANY DISCUSSION, MR. WEINBERG? NO. NO DISCUSSION. ALL IN FAVOR. SIGNIFY BY SAYING AYE? AYE. PASSES UNANIMOUSLY. WE ARE NOW ON ITEM NEW BUSINESS NUMBER ONE IN THE ROLL CALL. [NEW BUSINESS] IS MR. FOSTER ON THE LINE. I JUST WANT TO CLARIFY. HE'S NOT ON THE LINE. OKAY. THANK YOU. CARRY ON. OKAY, GREAT. AGAIN, THIS IS THE RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024 BUDGET FOR THE BAYFRONT CRA. AND I'M AVAILABLE IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. ANY QUESTIONS, COMMISSIONERS. SEEING NONE, I NEED A MOTION. SO MOVED. SECOND. GOT A MOTION BY COUNCILMAN OR MISS? COMMISSIONER JOHNSON SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER WEINBERG. ALL IN FAVOR. SIGNIFY BY SAYING AYE. AYE. PASSES UNANIMOUSLY. WE ARE NOW ON OLD BUSINESS NUMBER ONE. [OLD BUSINESS] THANK YOU. ON JULY 19TH, 2023, FIVE PURCHASE OFFERS WERE BROUGHT TO THE BOARD FOR CONSIDERATION. THE BOARD VOTED TO ACCEPT THE OFFER FROM MR. BENJAMIN LUCAS AND AUTHORIZE STAFF TO BRING THE FINAL PURCHASE CONTRACT TO THE NEXT REGULARLY SCHEDULED CITY COUNCIL MEETING. HOWEVER, ON JULY 25TH, MR. LUCAS SENT AN EMAIL STATING THAT AFTER CAREFUL CONSIDERATION, HE DECLINED AND MOVED FORWARD AND RESCINDED HIS PURCHASE OFFER. SO WE PULLED THE OTHER FOUR PURCHASE OFFERS THAT WERE PRESENTED ON JULY 19TH. TWO WERE STILL INTERESTED AND THEN WE RECEIVED AN ADDITIONAL PURCHASE OFFER BY STAN KIRCHNER. SO CURRENTLY HAVE THREE OFFERS BEFORE YOU. THEY ARE ALL FOR $150,000 FOR THE TWO PROPERTIES. RICHARD DEROSA'S PURCHASE OFFER IS THE PROPOSED INTENDED USE TO PROVIDE UNPAID PARKING FOR THE AREA AND ALSO FOR LAND BANKING PURPOSES. THERE IS NO CONCEPTUAL PLAN PROVIDED. PALM BAY LANDINGS LLC IS ALSO $150,000 OFFER. THE PROJECT WILL CONSIST OF BOTH COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES WITH A FOCUS ON WATERFRONT HOSPITALITY. NO CONCEPTUAL PLAN WAS PROVIDED. HOWEVER, MR. TIMMONS ALSO DID SEND AN A LETTER WHICH IS PART OF YOUR PACKAGE WHERE HE WAS NOT ABLE TO ATTEND AND AS HE HAD STATED IN HIS PACKAGE, THAT HE WOULD BE INTERESTED IN HIS VISION FOR THE DOWNTOWN AND ADDING THOSE PARCELS TO THAT. THE THIRD OFFER IS FROM STAN KIRSHNER. IT'S ALSO FOR $150,000. THE PROPOSED INTENDED USE IS TO ASSIST IN A BAYFRONT REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT CURRENTLY UNDERWAY BY CONSTRUCTING FOUR DUPLEXES FOR A TOTAL OF EIGHT UNITS EACH. DUPLEX IS ANTICIPATED TO BE APPROXIMATELY 1080FT², THREE BEDROOM, TWO BATH AND A CONCEPTUAL PLAN IS ATTACHED. [00:10:07] AND ALSO REPRESENTATIVES FOR MR. KIRSHNER IS HERE IS AVAILABLE AS WELL. OKAY. I'D LIKE TO TAKE A MOMENT FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL, EXCLUDING MR. TIMMONS, TO SEND A LETTER TO COME AND PRESENT THEIR CASE, PERHAPS ONE BY ONE. YOU WANT TO CALL? OKAY. WELL, AFTER. AFTER. SO WHO'S PRESENTING FIRST? MR.. THE REPRESENTATIVE FROM STAN KIRCHNER. SHE SUBMITTED A CARD. OKAY. MISS JENNIFER RANDALL. GOOD EVENING. HOW ARE YOU? HI. HI. SO I'M JUST HERE ON BEHALF OF MR. KIRSHNER. I WORK AS HIS PARTNER AND HANDLE THE DESIGN ASPECTS. PROJECTS? SORRY. IS THAT BETTER? YES, MA'AM. YEAH. SO I'M HERE ON BEHALF OF MR. KIRSHNER. I HANDLE THE DESIGN AND CONCEPTUALIZATION OF HIS PROJECTS. SO, YES, AS SHE NOTED, WE ARE INTERESTED IN DOING FOR DUPLEXES. SO MR. KIRSHNER HAS BEEN A HIGH END CUSTOM HOME BUILDER HERE IN BREVARD COUNTY FOR 15 YEARS. HIS FAMILY HAS BEEN BUILDING IN THIS COUNTY FOR OVER 30 YEARS. OUR GOAL IS TO BRING AFFORDABLE STYLE HOUSING WITH THE HIGH END LOOK THAT WE THINK WILL LEND ITSELF TO THE PROJECT THAT YOU GUYS ARE ENVISIONING FOR THE BAYFRONT COMMUNITY. UM, SO WE DID ASK FOR AN EXTENDED INSPECTION PERIOD BECAUSE OF THE ARSENIC THAT WAS FOUND ON THE OTHER PROPERTIES. BUT OUR GOAL IS TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THE PROJECT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ANY QUESTIONS? COMMISSIONER? THANK YOU, MA'AM. NOT A PROBLEM. ANYONE ELSE WISH TO SPEAK PRESENT THEIR CASE. YOU WANT TO STEP FORWARD AGAIN? YES, SIR. AS I WAS STATING EARLIER, MY PROPERTY IS DIRECTLY ADJACENT TO THE EXISTING PROPERTIES. SO WHAT I'M DOING, AS WAS SAID, BASICALLY LAND BANKING THE PROPERTY RIGHT NOW, LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING A MUCH LARGER RATABLE BEING BUILT THERE FOR THE TOWN OF PALM BAY INSTEAD OF A PIECEMEAL APPROACH. I'M SURE DUPLEXES WOULD BE VERY NICE THERE. I DON'T KNOW WHO WOULD WANT TO LIVE RIGHT NEXT TO A HIGH SPEED RAILROAD, BUT THAT'S NOT MY CONCERN. LIKE I SAID, RIGHT NOW, THE PROPERTY IS TAINTED POTENTIALLY WITH ARSENIC. THAT WOULD HAVE TO BE CLEANED UP BY THE TOWN OR WHOEVER, BECAUSE I'M SURE THE TOWN CLEANED IT UP BEFORE THEY BUILT THE RETENTION POND NEXT TO IT. THEY WOULDN'T WANT ARSENIC FLOWING DIRECTLY INTO THE INDIAN RIVER. SO I'M SURE THEY HAVE EXPERTISE ON HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THAT. BUT LIKE I SAID, MY IDEA IS TO MAKE IT FEASIBLE FOR SOMEBODY TO COME IN WITH A MUCH LARGER PROJECT WHICH MEETS WITH THE TOWN WAS LOOKING FOR, WHICH WAS RESIDENTS ABOVE BUSINESSES BELOW, AND CONTINUING WITH THE COMPLETE CIRCLE, WHICH IS THAT CRESCENT IS GOING TO HOPEFULLY IS GOING TO BE WITH EVERYBODY'S APPROVAL AND WORK DOWN TIME. MR. TIMMONS IS DOING A GREAT JOB NOT SAYING ANYTHING BAD AGAINST HIM. HE'S LOOKING TO DO EXACTLY TO THE PROPERTY WHERE I AM, WHICH IS BASICALLY BANK IT. I'M SURE HE'S NOT GOING TO BUILD ANYTHING ON THAT LITTLE PIECE OF PROPERTY RIGHT NOW, BUT WHATEVER THE COUNCIL DECIDES, THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME THE TIME TO PRESENT. THANK YOU. OKAY, COMMISSIONERS. WHAT'S YOUR PLEASURE? YEAH, MR. CHAIR. YES. YEAH, IF I MAY. YEAH. I WAS KIND OF DISAPPOINTED THAT. THAT MR. LUCAS DECIDED NOT TO GO THROUGH WITH THIS, BUT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE, YOU KNOW, RATHER INTERESTING AND, YOU KNOW, A NICE CONTRIBUTION IN THE BAYFRONT AREA. BUT HAVING SAID THAT, I THINK, YOU KNOW, WE'VE ALL HEARD, YOU KNOW, MR. TIMMONS WITH PALM BAY LANDING HIS VISION FOR THE BAYFRONT. AND I THINK IT ALIGNS REALLY PRETTY MUCH WITH WHAT WE'RE LOOKING TO DO IN THE BAYFRONT. SO I MAKE A MOTION TO ACCEPT PALM BAY LANDING'S OFFER. SECOND. I GOT A MOTION BY MR. WEINBERG, SECOND BY COMMISSIONER JOHNSON. MR. WEINBERG YOU'VE ALREADY STATED YOUR MOTION, COMMISSIONER. UM, WHEN I LOOK AT EACH APPLICATION, I SEE THE VALUE IN EACH ONE, BUT I SEE THE BIGGEST VALUE POTENTIALLY WITH PALM BAY LANDING WITH THE GENTLEMAN. I APPRECIATE HIM SPEAKING. BUT WHAT I'M HEARING IS THAT THIS IS PRETTY MUCH JUST AN INVESTMENT PROPERTY FOR THE TIME BEING AND AND IN THE FUTURE IT BECOMES SOMETHING ELSE. THE SAME CAN BE SAID TO MR. TIMM'S POINT, BUT HE HAS DISCLOSED HIS PLANS ON WHAT HE'S WISHING TO DO FOR THAT AREA. [00:15:01] UM, WITH THE DUPLEXES, I DO FEEL THERE'S A NEED FOR DUPLEXES AND PALM BAY, BUT I DON'T FEEL THIS IS THE AREA, SO I WOULD LOVE TO REVISIT THAT POTENTIALLY OR WORK WITH STAFF FOR A DIFFERENT LOCATION THAT MIGHT BE MORE FEASIBLE OR MORE TO COUNCIL AND THE BCRA'S LIKING. SO THAT'S WHY I'LL SUPPORT IT. MR. WEINBERG'S MOTION. THANK YOU, COMMISSIONER. COMMISSIONER FELIX, VICE CHAIR. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR OPPORTUNITY. I'VE. I'VE BEEN VERY VOCAL ON THIS PARTICULAR ITEM ON MANY CASES. IT LOOKS TO ME AT THIS AT THIS POINT, I'VE I'VE NEVER ONCE SUPPORTED MR. TIMMONS TO BE THE OWNER OF THIS THIS PROPERTY. BUT AT THIS POINT, TO BE HONEST, I MEAN, I WOULD AGREE WITH MY COLLEAGUE WHAT CONSIDERING WHAT WE HAVE IN FRONT OF US. THE APPLICANTS WE HAVE IN FRONT OF US, MR. TIMMONS WOULD BEST FIT FOR TO BE THE OWNER OF THIS PROPERTY IS HE OWNS MULTIPLE PIECES OF PROPERTY. I THINK I WOULD AGREE THIS WOULD BE A COMPLEMENTARY OF WHAT HE ALREADY HAVE LINED UP AND HOPEFULLY SOMEDAY WE'LL DELIVER. UM, AND THERE'S SOME SARCASM HERE AND YOU KNOW, I'VE SAID IT PUBLICLY, I'D LOVE TO SEE. I'M STAYING HOPEFUL THAT HE WILL DELIVER WHAT HE SAID HE WILL IN GOOD FAITH. I WILL, FOR THE FIRST TIME, SUPPORT THIS ON RECORD. MR. TIMMONS, IF YOU'RE LISTENING, I HOPE YOU WILL DELIVER. THANK YOU. THANK YOU, VICE CHAIR. AS FOR ME, MOST OF YOU GENTLEMEN KNOW I'VE BEEN CONSISTENT. I BELIEVE IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE AREA AS AS I THINK THERE COULD BE A COLLABORATION IN THE FUTURE. BUT RIGHT NOW, I THINK THE BEST WAY WE CAN MOVE THE BCRA AND MOVE THE BAYFRONT AREA IS TO HAVE THIS DEVELOPED. YES, I'M IN AGREEMENT. VICE CHAIR WE'D LOVE TO SEE A LOT OF MOVEMENT AT THE LAST BCRA. I THINK THAT WAS THE WAY YOU WENT. BUT MY SUPPORT FOR THE PROJECT AS A WHOLE HAS BEEN SUPPORTIVE OF MR. TIMMONS AS HE'S COLLECTED MULTIPLE PROPERTIES OUT THERE, AND I'D LOVE TO SEE THAT VISION OF OF A DOWNTOWN COME TO FRUITION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. SO I'LL BE SUPPORTING THIS AS WELL. I'M CALLING THE ITEM. I HAVE A MOTION BY MR. JOHNSON OR MR. WEINBERG, SECONDED BY MR. JOHNSON. ALL IN FAVOR SIGNIFY BY SAYING AYE? AYE. PASSES UNANIMOUSLY. WE ARE NOW ON COMMISSIONER REPORTS. [COMMISSIONER REPORTS] I'LL START WITH MADAM NORTHROP CHAIR. JUST A POINT OF ORDER. THE THE RESOLUTION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2024 BUDGET THAT HAS TO BE APPROVED. WE DIDN'T MAKE A MOTION FOR THAT. NO. YES, WE DID. YEAH, IT WAS. EVERYONE VOTED JOHNSON AND. YEAH. WEINBERG. OH, OKAY. YOU SECONDED? OKAY. UM, MADAM NORTHROP, I STAND CORRECTED. NO REPORT, MADAM. MR. WEINBERG? YEAH, CHAIR. I JUST WANT TO SAY, YOU KNOW, I APPRECIATE THE OFFERS, THE OTHER OFFERS ON THE PROPERTIES, MR. ROSEN AND MR. KIRSHNER, BUT WE ALL KNOW, YOU KNOW, WHAT MR. TIMMONS VISION IS, WHICH IS ALIGNS WITH, WITH THE BCF'S VISION OF, OF THE OF THE BAYFRONT. YOU KNOW, I AGREE WITH WITH THE, YOU KNOW, VICE CHAIRMAN FELIX WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE MORE ACTIVITY ON IT. BUT RIGHT NOW IT'S JUST KIND OF A CHALLENGING ECONOMIC SITUATION WITH MAJOR BUILDINGS BECAUSE OF THE COST OF CONSTRUCTION LOANS AND THAT TYPE OF THING. SO I'M WITH HIM AND HOPE TO SEE SOME SOME ACTIVITY IN THAT AREA. AND THAT CONCLUDES MY MY REPORT. THANK YOU, SIR. MR. JOHNSON, YOU GOOD? VICE CHAIR. SO THERE'S NO OTHER BUSINESS. SO THIS MEETING IS ADJOURNED. * This transcript was compiled from uncorrected Closed Captioning.
