SO THE CITY IS OKAY WITH REDUCING IT TO JUST THE 750.

OKAY. JUST SO YOU KNOW, BASICALLY THE CITY, WHEN THEY TAKE A CASE THROUGH CODE ENFORCEMENT AND THEN TO TO ME THERE ARE CERTAIN TIME ENVIRONMENT OR CERTAIN TIME REQUIREMENTS THAT THEY HAVE TO DEAL WITH WHATEVER THEY ARE.

AND GENERALLY SPEAKING, THEIR ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS FOR EVERY CASE THAT I CONSIDER IS $750.

SO VERY RARELY ARE THE FINES REDUCED BELOW THAT $750.
