AS SOON AS I BOUGHT IT. NO, NO, NO, I KNOW I UNDERSTAND THAT, BUT THE PROBLEM IS THE PROPERTY WAS OUT OF COMPLIANCE FOR A YEAR BEFORE YOU BOUGHT IT.

AND I REALIZE THAT YOU BOUGHT IT AND CLEANED IT UP.

BUT THE PROBLEM IS, WAS IT THAT SAME FOR THAT, FOR THAT SAME THE FENCE AND STUFF BECAUSE THERE WAS OTHER LIENS THAT THAT WERE PAID.

WELL, THIS HAS TO DO WITH.

HAD TO DO A ROOF AND DRAINAGE, FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE FENCE, AND ACCUMULATION OF TRASH, DEBRIS AND UNSIGHTLY MATTER.

THAT'S WHAT. THAT'S WHAT THE VIOLATIONS BEFORE THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD WERE.
