AND WE WERE UNABLE TO FIND A CONTRACT THAT WE COULD USE FOR THAT PURPOSE.

BECAUSE OF THE MOBILIZATION CHARGES THAT WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE CONTRACT THAT WE WERE TRYING TO USE.

SO WE ARE STILL WORKING WITH OUR PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT TO TRY TO GET A CONTRACTOR TO DO THAT WORK FOR US.

DOES THAT ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS? IT DOES. AND THEN I GUESS THIS ISN'T.

I GUESS MY QUESTION WOULD ALSO BE IS.

WHEN UTILITIES HAVE TO MAKE A DECISION TO CUT THE ROAD AND THEY'RE GOING TO HAVE TO AND REPAIR.

OUR OUR OPERATIONS TEAM IS VERY PROACTIVE WHEN IT COMES TO MAKING SURE THAT WE DO NOT FLOOD.

SO OCCASIONALLY WE'LL GET A HEAVY RAIN OVERNIGHT, AND SOMEONE'S SWALE WILL FILL UP DUE TO POSSIBLY DAMAGED CULVERT UNDER A DRIVEWAY, POSSIBLY DEBRIS TRAPPED FROM SOMEONE TRIMMING THEIR TREES AND LEAVING IT IN THE SWALE.

THERE ARE MULTIPLE REASONS IN THE RUN WHICH MAY CAUSE THE WATER TO POOL IN FRONT OF SOMEONE'S HOUSE FOR 1 OR 2 OR MAYBE EVEN THREE DAYS, BUT TYPICALLY THAT WATER DISSIPATES.

AND THAT'S WHAT THESE SWALES ARE FOR, TO HOLD THAT WATER UNTIL THE WATER CAN PERCOLATE INTO THE GROUNDWATER.
