THE THE OWNER IS OUT OF STATE, SO UNFORTUNATELY THEY'RE NOT LOCAL TO GO BY THERE ON A REGULAR BASIS.

SO WHAT WE'RE HOPING YOU'LL CONSIDER IS TO REDUCE THE CHARGES WITH THE INTEREST AND THE PENALTIES REDUCE THAT TO HARD COST.

WE THEN MOVED INTO THE HOUSE, AND DURING THAT TIME, MY HUSBAND RECEIVED A LETTER IN THE MAIL SAYING THAT WE NEEDED TO GET THIS PERMIT FOR THE FENCE.

HE CALLED THE CITY AND TOLD THEM BECAUSE IT WAS IN MY MOTHER IN LAW'S NAME.

AND TOLD THEM, YOU KNOW, THAT SHE WAS NO LONGER ALIVE.

AND THEN WE DIDN'T HEAR ANYTHING.

AND I WASN'T AWARE THAT THIS WAS AN ISSUE UNTIL I CALLED IN ABOUT ANOTHER VIOLATION.

WE HAD JUST SOME STUFF IN OUR FRONT DRIVEWAY THAT NEEDED TO BE PICKED UP.

AND I CALLED IN EARLIER THIS YEAR, AND THAT'S WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT WE HAD THIS, THIS LIEN.

I HAD TAKEN OVER THE EVERYTHING OF THE PROPERTY ONCE MY MOTHER HAD PASSED AWAY AND I GOT BEHIND JUST SHE HAD A VERY AGGRESSIVE CANCER BATTLE FOR THREE YEARS.

AND THIS WAS SOMETHING THAT WOULD TRIGGER MY PTSD ONCE SHE PASSED, WHERE I KIND OF JUST PUT IT OUT TO THE SIDE, AND WE DIDN'T REALLY RECEIVE ANY MORE NOTIFICATIONS AFTER RIGHT AFTER THIS HAPPENED.

AND SO I JUST STARTED RECOVERING FROM THE LOSS OF HER ABOUT THREE FROM THREE YEARS AGO.

I JUST LOST HER FATHER LAST WEEK.

MY GREAT GRANDDAD THAT WE BURIED BOTH OF THEM TOGETHER.

SO THAT GAVE A LOT OF CLOSURE.

AND WE'RE TRYING TO GET A LOT OF THESE ITEMS CLEARED UP.

HE REFURBISHED THE HOUSE.

WELL, THESE TENANTS DECIDED THAT THERE THEY WERE DOING DRUGS, AND MARK TRIED TO GET THEM OUT AND TRIED TO GET THEM OUT AND TRIED TO GET THEM OUT.

AND ONE OF THE CODE ACTUALLY ONE, I TOLD HIM, FINALLY, WE'RE GOING TO TAKE CARE OF THIS.

AND THAT WAS LAST YEAR, ACTUALLY.

SO NOW ONE OF THE TENANTS IS TERMINALLY ILL, AND HE DOES NOT HAVE THE HEART TO THROW HER OUT, AND UNFORTUNATELY SHE HAS ALLOWED SOME OF THESE PEOPLE TO COME BACK.

SO MARK MADE THE DECISION TO SELL THE HOUSE TO GET OUT OF THIS CYCLE.

I'M ASKING AS HIS NEIGHBOR WHO HAS LIVED NEXT TO HIM ALL THESE YEARS AND AND THAT YOU WOULD JUST RELEASE HIM FROM THE LIEN.
