SOFFIT WAS ADDRESSED AND REPLACED. I THINK THAT WAS HURRICANE DAMAGE AND I ALREADY PUT IN A CLAIM, BUT THE CLAIM WAS DENIED. AND SCREENED PATIO.

THE TORN OUT SCREENS WERE REMOVED AND I THINK THE ALSO FENCE WAS IN DISREPAIR.

GALVANIZED STEEL FENCE WAS JUST RUSTED OUT AND WE REMOVED THE GATES RATHER THAN REPLACING THE FENCE BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE A POOL AND DON'T HAVE A REQUIREMENT TO HAVE A FENCE.
