SO AFTER COLLEGE, WORKED IN CINCINNATI, OHIO AFTER THAT, LIVED IN COSTA RICA, FOUND MY WAY TO PALM COAST AND THEN NEW SMYRNA BEACH MOST RECENTLY, AND NOW A PART OF THE PALM BAY PROUD TEAM.

THE ROADS THAT NEED TO BE PAVED STILL THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PAVED YET.
AND CALCULATE THE FUNDS THAT WE HAVE REMAINING AND THE FUNDS THAT WE HAVE USED.
AND SO WE ARE REEVALUATING THE ROAD BOND PROGRAM AT THIS TIME.
HOW MUCH HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND HOW MUCH IS LEFT TO DO? AND WHAT IS THE PROJECTION ON THE COST OF ASPHALT? I CAN THANK YOU, SIR. ROUGH ESTIMATES. I'VE BEEN ASKING THE SAME QUESTIONS, SO I'M DIGGING INTO THAT A LITTLE BIT WITH YOU. PHASES ONE, TWO AND THREE.

SO WHEN I WENT BACK AND LOOKED AT THE SCORES FROM THAT ORIGINAL REPORT, AND THEN I LOOKED AT WHAT ACTIVITIES WE WERE HAVING DONE AND THEN THE UNITS THAT HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN COMPLETED, IT DIDN'T LINE UP FOR ME.
I STARTED TO SAY, WAIT A MINUTE, WHAT THIS IS, THIS DOESN'T LOOK RIGHT BECAUSE I'VE GOT A HIGH ENOUGH CPI SCORE OR PCI SCORE THAT I SHOULDN'T BE DOING FULL DEPTH RECLAMATION. SO WHEN WE'RE ALL ALONG AND ALL THE PROJECTS AS WE'VE BEEN CALCULATING, HOW MUCH WOULD WE EXPECT IT TO COST? WE WERE USING THE DATA, THE NUMBER, THE PCI NUMBER, AND EXPECTING AN EASY REPAIR AND THEN GETTING INTO AN AREA AND FINDING OUT THAT WE WERE ACTUALLY NEEDING TO GO MUCH MORE IN DEPTH. WITH THE REPAIR SO MUCH MORE COSTLY, I MIGHT BE ABLE TO ADD A LITTLE INSIGHT ON THAT.

AND I FEEL I'M SCARED OR FEAR THAT OUR SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE IS FALLING BEHIND EVEN OUR DELAYED ROAD PAVING, BECAUSE ROADS THAT WERE PAVED THREE AND FOUR YEARS AGO SHOULD BE GETTING THEIR FIRST REJUVENATION AT THIS POINT.
