I AUTHORIZE THE CITY TO TAKE ALL REASONABLE ACTIONS TO BRING THE PROPERTIES INTO COMPLIANCE, AND CHARGE THE PROPERTY OWNER WITH THE REASONABLE COST OF THE ACTIONS, ALONG WITH THE IMPOSED FINE.
