THIS IS IN REFERENCE TO CASE CV 2503234. THIS IS FOR 1732 E STREET NORTHEAST.

THIS CASE WAS STARTED ON 919, 2025 BY OFFICER NICHOLSON.

SHE RESPONDED AND OBSERVED A FENCE THAT WAS IN A DILAPIDATED STATE, FALLING OVER STAKES, HOLDING IT INTO PLACE AND EVERYTHING.

SHE SENT A COURTESY LETTER ON NINE 1925, A FOLLOW UP INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED BY OFFICER SNEAD ON TEN 1325. THE VIOLATION REMAINED SO. THE STATEMENT OF VIOLATION AND NOTICE OF HEARING WAS ISSUED ON.

I DON'T KNOW IF THE PHOTOGRAPHS ARE UP OR NOT UP.

ON DECEMBER 31ST, 2025. I RESPONDED AND TOOK PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE FENCE IN THE DILAPIDATED STATE.

LEANING OVER POLES, HOLDING IT UP, FENCE SLATS MISSING.

I MADE CONTACT WITH THE COMPLAINANT THAT LIVED BEHIND HIM.

ALSO OBSERVED IT FALLING OVER INTO THEIR BACKYARD.

THAT WAS ON 1231 ON FEBRUARY 2ND. I PERFORMED ANOTHER FOLLOW UP INSPECTION, TOOK PHOTOGRAPHS.

THE VIOLATION REMAINED. AND THEN ON FEBRUARY 23RD, I TOOK PHOTOGRAPHS AND THE VIOLATION REMAINED.

THIS CASE HAS ACCORDING IT WAS FEBRUARY 23RD WAS MY LAST RESPONSE TO THIS, AND THIS CASE HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR 172 DAYS. THANKS. CAN I HAVE THE FILE, PLEASE? AND IF THE PROPERTY OWNER IS HERE.

THEN WHEN I CALLED RECENTLY, BECAUSE THEY SENT ME ANOTHER LETTER AND MY HUSBAND IS DECEASED, SO HE CAN'T SIGN THE PAPER IF HE'S DECEASED. NOW I'M IN A REALLY BAD SITUATION WITH MY HUSBAND DYING AND NOT HAVING ANY MONEY AND GOING THROUGH ALL OF THIS. THIS HAS BEEN VERY HARD ON ME.

NOW, THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN. I MEAN, IF YOU'RE A GOOD NEIGHBOR, YOU SHOULD COME TO ME AND SAY, HEY, DO YOU NEED ANYTHING? DO YOU NEED HELP LIKE MY OTHER NEIGHBORS DO? I'VE HAD NEIGHBORS HELP ME FIX THE FENCE AND THEY DON'T EVEN SHARE THE FENCE WITH ME. AND THIS DOG? I HAVE A POLICE REPORT AND AN ANIMAL CONTROL REPORT THAT THEY DAMAGED THE FENCE.
